Everyone there started just like you will, a little scared of the unknown, worried they’ll look bad in front of those really fit people and wondering if they can do this. What you’ll quickly find out is that the Ground Up community wants you to succeed and will help you on your way and each one has a story of their first week that will parallel your own.

Skin in the game
When you begin at CFGU you are enrolling in a proven program with the most highly trained instructors in the region. We believe in our product and process and are 100% worth our rates. It’s not as easy to skip the gym when you’ve committed resources to your success. With month to month memberships, we do not require a contract or year long commitment. If you are not satisfied with our program there is no obligation to continue. No specials to hook you into a long term deal and hope you don’t show up. Everyone who comes to CFGU wants to be there and it shows. Invest in yourself, you’re worth it.
Your health is worth it
