Who We Are
In a nutshell, CrossFit is a fitness program developed for the real world. It is comprised of scalable, functional movements that are constantly varied and done at high intensity. What does that mean? Let’s break it down. Functional movements are movements that we see in everyday life. Getting up out of a chair is a squat. Picking up a bag of topsoil or a child is a form of deadlift. Putting groceries away on an overhead shelf is a shoulder press. When we practice these movements, we develop strength and muscle recruitment patterns that we use on a regular basis and help insure long term musculoskeletal health.

September 24th
This will be a fun day of running/walking/rowing and strongman events, all to benefit Start Over Rover.
Event Schedule:
7-9 am Check In
8-10 5K and Fun Walk/Run
11-2:30 Marathon Row
2-6 Strong Man Events: Yoke Carry, Farmer’s Carry, Kettle Bell Throw, Truck Pull, Tire Flip Ladder
There will be additional challenges, kids events, and much, much more!
